Personally, most of Moby Dick bored me to tears. I think a better way to say this is that if one is suffering with similar addictions and disorders, that person will feel less stigmatized, they will be able to identify with him and really understand that they are not alone. The recipes seem very simple to make without an excessive amount of ingredients or anything excessively costly.

I'd like to briefly address the criticism of Dr Barnard's plan that it can be too restrictive or drastic. Brian has proven that it is possible to love yourself, to live life - and enjoy it..
