“Forgive-and-forget” slaps a band-aid over a gaping wound and tells us to keep on limping. Real forgiveness, on the other hand, invites us to remove the bandages, examine the wound, and open ourselves up to a restorative process. What gives us the courage to undertake such a difficult, potentially painful procedure? We find the bravery to practice true, soul-deep forgiveness in the context of a Love that holds us safe, no matter what. In the process of real forgiveness, we’ll learn what wise trust looks like. We’ll be able to choose reconciliation or release in relationships. Most of all, we’ll turn toward healing. Real forgiveness can be messy and hard. But in the end, it brings the kind of rest to our souls that no easy answer can offer. For that reason, we debunk the myths and dig in.
Editorial :
I get that Raand is trying to be true to "pack behavior", wolf behavior, primal instincts and all, but it got to a point where they lost a little too much of their human quality too and I just couldn't relate anymore.
I'm pretty open, but the somewhat "bestiality" imagery of the sex scenes was not sexy or sensual, but rather a major turn off for me. So cheap that it was basically free and in perfect condition. The SOC is only as good as the people inside it, and the SOC staff requires a blend of skills. But I have restrained myself to shouting it in the living room and in emails to friends.
The information provided by Dr. I review this book with cross agendas. Initially we thought we were getting a bigger-sized book. Useful. Words are important. Black explores the relationship of these letters to the gospel of John and the Revelation, other texts traditionally ascribed to John, as well as theological content, linguistic issues and historical information.
