Ending is abrupt, but somewhat redeeming the book.
Wouldn't have bought, had I known.. Jazz has been a lifelong love of mine, and Dizzy is at the top of the heap! Have always loved his music, and in this book, he gives us a generous lesson on jazz from beginning to end. It had lots of fun facts and figures. Never the less, the art in this collection is phenomenal!! I personally love the preliminary sketches and the process that eventually become what you see on the screen. Chasing Rabbits is a delightful trip away from the mundane of Kat's daily life as a librarian and she enjoys the journey until she begins to fear she might not make it back. There are some factual details at the end of the book abut elephants, specifically the differences between Asian and African elephants. This book is packed with photographs, drawings and artwork from Walt Disney's life and from the Walt Disney Company.
