The recipes for all the sauces etc, that are not safe to buy ready made, are a gift from heaven to our family and to everyone who EATS!! MSG has invaded almost all manufactured food products and under so many guises, that to be safe you must make everything you ingest yourself. I would give this book three stars, but don't want to damage the reputation of its author. I understand why he needs this even though we are trying to find one that his insurance will cover that won't break our budget. There could have been excellent period drawings or photos that show these watches. Please give it a try. Pls. What does one do with the other servings?
Lastly, there are ingredients -- mostly costly --that I have never even heard of and had to buy online. I always wanted to drag race ever since I went to US 30 Drag strip in Indiana when I was a very young. If you prefer directly measurable paranormal phenomena, you might want to read a book by any number of psi researchers.
